Osterhout Free Library is conducting a raffle benefiting the FREE programs such as story times, and computers offered by the library. You can purchase the chances at the Circulation, information, or Youth Services Departments of the Osterhout. Chances are $ 1.00 each or $2.00 for three chances. Drawing will be held on March 21st.
